PRACTICAL AND FAST PIZZA
Ingredients:
. 1 cup (cold) milk
. 4 tablespoons of butter
. 2 eggs
. 2 cups of flour (wheat)
. 1 tablespoon of baking powder
. 1 teaspoon of salt
Roof:
. 200 g sliced mozzarella
. 3 ripe tomatoes, sliced into rounds
. chopped basil oregano to taste
Preparation mode:
Blend all the ingredients well in the blender, starting with the liquids. Pour into a greased 25 cm diameter shape and bake, in a preheated oven at medium temperature, until slightly golden. Remove from the oven and set aside.
Topping: Cover the pizza with cheese. On top, arrange the chopped tomato slices, basil and oregano. Bake in the oven until the cheese melts.
