Rice with chicken and pequi
Ingredients:
- Rice
- garlic
- salt
- Black pepper
- saffron
- Onion
- Pepper
- carrot
- pequi
- salt
Preparation mode
First, fry chicken without seasoning (but if you want, you can fry it with the seasoning)
After the chicken is already well browned, remove the excess oil, and put 3 cloves of crushed garlic with salt, black pepper and saffron to yellow, then add the rice already washed and let it sauté well.
Add chopped onion, peppers, and chopped carrots and let it cook for another 2 minutes.
Add the pequí and then add the water, covering the rice about two fingers.
Adjust the salt and let it cook. Ready!
