Ground beef is one of the most versatile meats that exist, besides preparing it in a basic way cooked with vegetables, another way is to use it in the preparation of dumplings, which, in addition to being tasty, yields a lot since in the dough we will use chopped tomatoes, peppers, softened bread and breadcrumbs to give the point of modeling.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of ground duckling
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1/2 yellow pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 girl’s finger pepper
- 1 handful of coriander
- 2 seedless tomatoes
- 1 egg, green smell to taste
- 2 breads softened in water and squeezed
- 1 packet of onion soup Salt (as much as needed)
- Breadcrumbs (as much as needed)
- Eggs, wheat flour and breadcrumbs for breading
How to prepare:
Chop the bell pepper, onion, garlic, red pepper, cilantro, tomato and green smell very well and set aside. In a container, place the ground meat and bread softened in water and squeezed, mix well.
Add the chopped ingredients and keep mixing to add all the ingredients well. Put the onion cream slowly, mixing well and correct the salt.
Place the egg and add the breadcrumbs little by little, until you get the point to mold the dumplings. Make a ball with your hands and knead it into a disk shape.
Pass the dumplings through the wheat flour, then the eggs, the wheat flour again, the eggs and lastly the breadcrumbs. This process is to leave the cupcake with a thicker cone.
Fry in oil that is not very hot, so that the meat is cooked inside and the crust is golden on the outside.
