    • Ingredients:
      • Cold cooked rice
      • Carrots, diced
      • Cabbage, thinly sliced
      • Green beans, chopped
      • Garlic, finely chopped
      • Sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
      • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Instructions:
      1. Heat a bit of oil in a pan.
      2. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
      3. Add carrots, cabbage, and green beans. Cook until the vegetables are halfway done.
      4. Add rice, sweet soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook until the rice is heated through.

Vegetable Stir-Fry (Capcay)

    • Ingredients:
      • Broccoli, cut into small florets
      • Carrots, thinly sliced
      • Mushrooms, thinly sliced
      • Green beans, chopped
      • Napa cabbage, medium-sized pieces
      • Tofu, diced
      • Oyster sauce
      • Sesame oil
      • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Instructions:
      1. Blanch broccoli, carrots, green beans, and Napa cabbage until halfway cooked. Drain.
      2. Heat oil in a wok, sauté mushrooms until cooked.
      3. Add tofu, broccoli, carrots, green beans, and Napa cabbage. Mix well.
      4. Pour in oyster sauce and sesame oil. Cook until the vegetables are tender. Season with salt and pepper.

Spaghetti Aglio e Olio

    • Ingredients:
      • Spaghetti
      • Garlic, finely chopped
      • Red chili, thinly sliced
      • Parsley, chopped
      • Olive oil
      • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Instructions:
      1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain.
      2. Heat olive oil, sauté garlic and chili until fragrant.
      3. Add cooked spaghetti, toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
