Wonderful roasted nut ❤
Ingredients:
3 eggs
2 cups of warm milk
3 tablets of fresh yeast (I used 1 tablespoon of dry yeast)
2 tablespoons of butter
6 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
wheat flour until the point
Condensed milk and grated coconut for garnish
Preparation mode:
Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk, mix the sugar, salt, butter and eggs, stir well. Add the flour little by little until it doesn’t stick to your hands, knead until you get a homogeneous dough.
Make little balls of the dough, place them on a baking sheet and let rise for approximately 20 minutes (or do it the old-fashioned way, put a ball of dough in 1 glass of water, when the ball rises it is ready to bake).
Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake until lightly golden on the surface. After roasting, let them cool a little and dip them in condensed milk and pass the grated coconut.
