Guava Casadinhos ❤
Ingredients
– Cookie
3/4 cup of margarine
1/2 teacup of sugar
1 egg
2 cups of wheat flour
margarine to grease the pan
Filling: 1 cup of chopped guava
2 tablespoons of water
Preparation mode:
Beat margarine and sugar until creamy. Add the egg.
Add the wheat flour and mix, with your hands, until you get a homogeneous mass.
Divide the dough in half, open and roll up like a rolling pin.
Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for an hour.
Remove, cut into slices and place in greased pan.
Bake in a preheated medium oven until golden (about 8 minutes, depending on your oven).
Remove and allow to cool on a wire rack, so that the air circulates well and the bottom of the biscuit does not become matted.
