Toothpick Sequilhos ❤
Ingredients:
100g of butter
1 yolk
50 g of refined sugar
200g all-purpose flour minus 1 tbsp
Preparation mode:
1 – Separate 200g of wheat flour and remove 1 tablespoon.
2 – Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
3 – Mix the butter with the sugar, the yolk and then knead with your hand when you put the wheat flour until you form a uniform and soft dough that lets go of your hands.
4 – Grease two or three baking sheets with butter and sprinkle with wheat flour.
5 – Make the toothpicks and take it to the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
6 – After roasting, pass the refined sugar. Store in a well-sealed container. Are delicious!
