INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kilo of sausage of your choice
- Vinegar, olive oil, salt and spices to taste
- 4 potatoes cut into cubes
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- half green pepper
- 250g grated mozzarella
HOW TO MAKE:
Make a cut in the middle of the sausage and put it in a greased shape with olive oil and set aside. In a bowl, make a vinaigrette with the onion, tomato and pepper and season to taste, fill the sausages with this vinaigrette and then place the grated mozzarella on top of each sausage.
Overlap the potatoes in the spaces between the sausages, sprinkle oregano or barbecue seasoning on top, drizzle with olive oil and bake for about 1 hour over medium heat.
