Strawberry delight ?
INGREDIENTS
For the cream:
1 fake condensed milk recipe, recipe here in the highlights:
1 tablespoon of corn starch
1 yolk
1 box of strawberries
1 tablespoon of powdered milk.
Preparation mode:
Mix the yolk with the cornstarch, stir well, add all the ingredients to the pan (except the strawberries) over low heat, and stir until a very smooth cream is obtained, it takes about 10 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it cool.
After cooling, place the cream on a small platter and place the whole or chopped strawberries on top, let it freeze for 5 minutes and serve.
