The farofa in addition to making any meal tastier, it gives that increment making dinner or lunch more special! Simple, healthy or enhanced with other ingredients such as bacon, sausage, eggs and string beans, the farofa is perfect and best of all, it pleases the most different palates, due to its versatility.
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of kale, washed and finely chopped
- 200 g of chopped bacon
- 200 g of chopped pepperoni sausage
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 package of ready-made cassava farofa bacon flavor
- 1/2 American glass of water
- Oil
Preparation mode:
Start by browning the onion afterward, add the garlic and let it brown, add the bacon and sausage and fry well. Add the cabbage and water and sauté as usual, before the water completely dries up, add the farofa little by little and stir well so that the farofa is well incorporated into the cabbage. If you find it necessary, you can add other seasonings such as chives, parsley, and black pepper.
