 - 1 tablespoon of rice flour
 - 4 tablespoons of sweet or sour flour
 - Olive oil
 - 3 tablespoons and tomato sauce
 - 100g grated light mozzarella
 - cherry tomatoes to taste
 - oregano to taste
 
preparation mode
- In a bowl, mix the egg with the oil, salt and water until smooth.
 - Add the flour, the flour and mix until everything is incorporated.
 - Grease a non-stick frying pan with oil, pour the dough and let it brown.
 - Turn the dough, spread the sauce on top, the mozzarella, the tomato and the oregano.
 - Cook over low heat until the cheese melts, then serve.
