Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed
 - 2 tablespoons of water
 - 2 tablespoons of oatmeal
 - 2 tablespoons spelled (or other)
 - 10 to 12 tablespoons of vegetable drink or milk
 - Salt (to taste)

- Place the flaxseed and water in a bowl. Let it soak.
 - Then, reduce the oatmeal to flour and add it to the spelled flour and the flaxseed “eggs”.
 - Then add the vegetable drink little by little.
 - Meanwhile, heat a greased skillet and pour the mixture. Cover and let it cook on low heat for a few minutes.
 - Then turn and make the topping to taste with, for example, tomato sauce, vegan cheese, mushrooms, arugula and oregano.
 - Cover again and let it stay for a few more minutes until the cheese melts.
