PIZZA WITH VEGAN DOUGH

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 2 tablespoons of oatmeal
  • 2 tablespoons spelled (or other)
  • 10 to 12 tablespoons of vegetable drink or milk
  • Salt (to taste)

preparation mode

  • Place the flaxseed and water in a bowl. Let it soak.
  • Then, reduce the oatmeal to flour and add it to the spelled flour and the flaxseed “eggs”.
  • Then add the vegetable drink little by little.
  • Meanwhile, heat a greased skillet and pour the mixture. Cover and let it cook on low heat for a few minutes.
  • Then turn and make the topping to taste with, for example, tomato sauce, vegan cheese, mushrooms, arugula and oregano.
  • Cover again and let it stay for a few more minutes until the cheese melts.
