PIZZA WITH DOUGH FIT

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of oat flour
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 this
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 1/2 dessert spoon of baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
  • 1/2 colher of salt coffee
  • Topping to taste (buffalo mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and basil)

preparation mode

  • Mix all the dough ingredients with a fork.
  • Grease a non-stick frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil and distribute the dough on top (with the help of a spoon, smooth it out until it gets a rounded shape). ⠀
  • When the dough starts to come loose from the bottom and gets hard, turn it over. Pour the tomato sauce on top and the other topping ingredients.
  • Finally, cover the skillet until the cheese has melted and the dough has browned underneath.
