Ingredients
- 1 cup of oat flour
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon of salt
- 1 this
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 1/2 dessert spoon of baking powder
- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 1/2 colher of salt coffee
- Topping to taste (buffalo mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and basil)
preparation mode
- Mix all the dough ingredients with a fork.
- Grease a non-stick frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil and distribute the dough on top (with the help of a spoon, smooth it out until it gets a rounded shape). ⠀
- When the dough starts to come loose from the bottom and gets hard, turn it over. Pour the tomato sauce on top and the other topping ingredients.
- Finally, cover the skillet until the cheese has melted and the dough has browned underneath.
