Pineapple cake (Fit version)?

Dough ingredients:

2 ripe bananas
4 eggs
5 tablespoons coconut oil
1 tablespoon cocoa
2 cups fine flaked oats
1 tablespoon baking powder
Cinnamon powder to taste

Directions:
(dough)
Blend the eggs with two bananas, coconut oil, cocoa and cinnamon. After beating place in a bowl and add the oats and baking powder, mixing with a fouet or spoon.

Syrup:
Melt 4 tablespoons of brown/ demerara sugar over low heat.

Assembly:
2 pineapple slices.

Pour syrup into a pan, cut pieces of pineapple, and place dough.
Bake in preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 30 minutes (tip: poke with a fork to see if it is already baked)! The pineapple can be replaced by sliced banana
