Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 kilo of minced meat
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 cups of broth
230 grams of mezze penne (or some small pasta of your choice)
1 tomato sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon of English sauce
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
grated cheddar cheese, for garnish
Preparation
Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat,
add the onion and cook for five minutes. Next,
add the garlic, ground beef, salt and vinegar and stir constantly.
Then add the tomato paste and stir until it integrates with the meat.
Then add the beef stock and bring to a boil. Add the pasta and
simmer for about 10 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed.
