Grilled Vegetables in Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 eggplant
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of olive oil

Sauce

  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1 cup of plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • salt to taste

Preparation mode

For the sauce, mix all the ingredients well and keep in the fridge. Cut the vegetables into 1cm slices. Heat a grilled non-stick skillet with a little oil and grill the sliced ​​zucchini until golden. Season with salt and set aside on a platter. Repeat the procedure with the eggplant, carrot, onion and tomato, separately, until golden. Transfer everything to a platter and serve with the reserved sauce.
