Grilled Vegetables in Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 zucchini
- 1 eggplant
- 1 carrot
- 2 onions
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/2 cup (tea) of olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1 cup of plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- salt to taste
Preparation mode
For the sauce, mix all the ingredients well and keep in the fridge. Cut the vegetables into 1cm slices. Heat a grilled non-stick skillet with a little oil and grill the sliced zucchini until golden. Season with salt and set aside on a platter. Repeat the procedure with the eggplant, carrot, onion and tomato, separately, until golden. Transfer everything to a platter and serve with the reserved sauce.
