Grilled Steak with Saute Potatoes
Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt and red pepper sauce to taste
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- Red pepper to decorate
Side dish
- 4 cubed potatoes
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- Salt and chopped parsley to taste
Preparation mode
Season the steak with garlic, juice, salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a thick grilled skillet over high heat and fry the steaks until golden brown. Remove and reserve. For the side, cook the potato in boiling water until al dente. Drain. Heat a skillet with the butter, add the potato, season with salt and parsley and sauté for 3 minutes. Transfer to a platter and serve with the steak.
