Grilled Fish with Zucchini, Carrots, and Peas

Ingredients

  • 6 fish fillets (hake, conger, hake)
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 small zucchini, cubed
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1/2 cup of fresh frozen peas
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of dried herbs
