Grilled Chicken with Mustard Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons of butter
Sauce
- 1/3 cup (tea) of olive oil
- 4 tablespoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 box of sour cream (200g)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation mode
Season the fillets with salt and pepper. In a skillet over high heat, melt the butter and brown the fillets for 5 minutes on each side. Mix the sauce ingredients with a hand whisk until smooth. Arrange the fillets on a plate, drizzle with the sauce and, if desired, serve with tomato and leaf salad.
