Ingredients:
- 500 grams of ground beef
- To season the meat I used 1/2 packet of onion cream, garlic, salt, Bahia seasoning and coriander 200 grams of cheese
- 200 grams of ham
- Fried bacon slices
- Vinaigrette to taste (I prepared a simple tomato and onion vinaigrette. Then I seasoned it with salt, oil, vinegar and oregano)
- 5 potatoes cut in half and pre-cooked (I cooked the potatoes and then seasoned them with salt, olive oil and rosemary)
Method of preparation:
Put all the seasonings on the meat and mix very well with your hands. Put this meat in a bag and with the help of a rolling pin open it all making a rectangle. Try to leave it in a thin thickness! After opening completely, cut the top of the bag and start filling. Put a layer of ham, and a layer of cheese, then put the vinaigrette and to finish the bacon slices.
With the help of the plastic bag that was at the bottom, roll the meat until it is in the shape of a roulade. Roll it up slowly and give it a few squeezes so that it stays firm and does not open. Arrange the roulade on a baking sheet and cover with aluminum foil. Give it a squeeze on the sides to make it tight. Place the potatoes around and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes.
Open the oven, remove the aluminum foil and leave a little longer until golden brown.
