Ingredients
- 3 eggs
 - 1 tablespoon light cream cheese
 - 1 tablespoon of green banana flour
 - 1 tablespoon of baking powder
 - Olive oil
 - 1 ripe tomato
 - 1/2 onion
 - 1 clove of garlic
 - Water
 - salt to taste
 - Black pepper to taste
 - 5 slices of mozzarella
 - Pieces of turkey breast
 - Green corn
 - oregano to taste
 
preparation mode
- In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the curd, the flour and mix until smooth.
 - Add the yeast and stir to incorporate.
 - Pour the dough into a skillet greased with oil, cover and let it cook on low heat for about 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and reserve.
 - In a blender, beat the tomato with the onion, garlic, a little water, salt and pepper.
 - Take this sauce to a pan and stir until it thickens a little.
 - Then spread the sauce over the pasta. Add the cheese, turkey breast, corn and oregano.
 - Cover the pan, let it cook until the cheese melts and it’s ready to eat.
