Ingredients
- 2 kg of seasoned chicken thigh and drumstick
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 3 large onions sliced in half moons
- olive oil, oregano and salt to taste
PREPARING
In a bowl, season the chicken with lemon juice, salt, oregano and garlic. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
In a large pan, fry the onion in abundant olive oil until they are golden brown.
Put the fire down and put the chicken to fry, preferably with the skin facing down.
Turn the chicken pieces sporadically until they are golden brown, letting the pan’s broth dry well before turning off the heat.
