Ingredients
- 2 kg of seasoned chicken thigh and drumstick
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 3 large onions sliced in half moons
- olive oil, oregano and salt to taste
PREPARING
In a bowl, season the chicken with lemon juice, salt, oregano and garlic. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
In a large pan, fry the onion in abundant olive oil until they are golden brown.
