STUFFED KIBBE
Ingredients:
- 500 g of minced meat
- 250 g of wheat for kibbeh
- 350 ml of boiling water
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons chopped mint
- Salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION MODE
Soak the wheat in boiling water (mix well) for 1 hour (no squeezing required)
Mix the ground beef with the wheat, add the seasonings and mix well.
Take portions of this mixture, knead well with your hands (prevents them from opening when frying), shape and fry in hot oil
Drain on absorbent paper
You can replace the ground beef with ground chicken breast. You can fill it with Cream cheese or Catupiry.
