Rice pan
Ingredients:
- Barbecue leftovers (Beef or any other) or new meat
- Rice
- carrot
- zucchini
- Okra
- Onion
- Tomato
- Black pepper
- Parsley
- Scallion
- Mozzarella
Preparation mode
In a pan, place the sliced garlic with dry seasoning and let the meat sauté well to brown and renew the flavor (if frozen). Then add some rice and carrot cubes, sauté and add water to cook.
After the rice and carrots are cooked, put the zucchini, okra, onion, tomato, chives and parsley, all finely chopped, mix very well and open deep little holes in the rice, in these little holes put very generous sticks of mozzarella, cover and wait for it to melt.
Finish with dry seasoning, oregano, pepperoni and more chopped tomato
