Ingredients:

Pasta:

  • 1 kg of wheat flour
  • 2 cups of warm milk

Preparation mode:

Make balls and set aside

Filling:
Minced meat sautéed with garlic, onion and salt
After sautéing add parsley and chopped tomato (no seeds) and 1 pinch of pepper

Mounting:
