MEAT SFIHA
Ingredients:
Pasta:
- 1 kg of wheat flour
- 2 cups of warm milk
- 50 g of yeast for bread (Fleischmann – organic)
- 3 spoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 cups of oil coffee
Filling:
- 500 g of minced meat
- 1 small onion
- salt
- Parsley
- 4 tomatoes (no seeds)
- Black pepper
- 4 cloves of garlic
Preparation mode:
Pasta:
Dissolve the yeast in the sugar, add the warm milk and the rest of the ingredients.
Make balls and set aside
Filling:
Minced meat sautéed with garlic, onion and salt
After sautéing add parsley and chopped tomato (no seeds) and 1 pinch of pepper
Mounting:
Open the balls, put the stuffing and close 3 ends
Place on a baking sheet and brush with egg yolk.
