INGREDIENTS
– 1 package of noodles (500g)
– 3 tablespoons of olive oil
– 1 clove of garlic, chopped
– 1 onion, chopped
– 200g ground meat
– 1 can of tomato sauce (340g)
– Salt and black pepper to taste
– Coriander and parsley to taste
PREPARATION
– Cook the pasta, over medium heat, with water and salt for 10 minutes or until
10 minutes or until it is “al dente”. In another pan, add the olive oil,
the garlic, the onion and fry over medium heat for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Add the ground beef and saute for 10 minutes.
– Add the tomato sauce, season with salt and black pepper and simmer for another 10 minutes.
boil for another 10 minutes. Turn off the heat,
drain the pasta and transfer to a serving dish.
Pour on the sauce, finish with a sprig of parsley and serve.
