Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 500ml of water
  • 800g of flour
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1kg of boiled potatoes
  • 50g butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 250g of cheese
  • 140g sliced salami

Preparation:

1. In a bowl, mix the egg with the olive oil, water, flour and salt. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
2. In another bowl, mix the boiled potatoes with butter, salt, and pepper.
3. Divide the dough into the 4 pieces and roll it out, stuffed with prepared potatoes, cheese and salami.
4. Fry in the pan on both sides until golden, about 4-6 minutes
