- Heat a bit of oil in a pan.
 - Sauté garlic until fragrant.

- Blanch broccoli, carrots, green beans, and Napa cabbage until halfway cooked. Drain.
 - Heat oil in a wok, sauté mushrooms until cooked.
 - Add tofu, broccoli, carrots, green beans, and Napa cabbage. Mix well.
 - Pour in oyster sauce and sesame oil. Cook until the vegetables are tender. Season with salt and pepper.
