- 1 pork loin⠀
- Salt to taste⠀
- Black pepper to taste⠀
- 150 g sliced ham⠀
- 150 g sliced mozzarella⠀
- 150 g sliced bacon⠀
- 150 g olives⠀
- sliced onion to taste⠀
- Oregano to taste⠀
- Olive oil to taste⠀
Method of preparation:
Open the loin as if you were going to make a steak.⠀
Pierce with the tip of the knife and season to taste.⠀
Cover in layers one on top of the other with the ingredients: ham, cheese, bacon, olives, onion and then add the oregano and drizzle with olive oil.⠀
Wrap with aluminum foil and bake for approximately 45 minutes.⠀
After this time, remove the paper and let it brown.⠀
