Base dough for baked breads and salted

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 3 spoons of sugar
  • 1/2 spoon of salt
  • 5 grams of dry yeast (half a pack)
  • 3 and 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1 cup (approximately) warm or room milk

Method of preparation:

Put everything together in a bowl, except for the milk, which should be added little by little until it reaches a kneading point (not too sticky dough)

The sequence is: Knead well – rise covered with a tea towel in a warm place until it doubles in volume (about 1 hour) – return the dough to the floured surface, open it with a rolling pin and shape it as you wish

At the end brush beaten yolk and bake at 180 in a greased form until golden
