SIMPLE AND DELICIOUS STUFFED POTATO CAKE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 boiled potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (tea)

HOW TO MAKE:

  1. Mash the potatoes well, using a fork.
  2. Then add the parmesan, breadcrumbs, black pepper, oregano and salt;
  3. Mix well and with your hands knead until you form a very homogeneous mass;
  4. Take a portion of this dough and make a ball;
  5. Flatten the ball, place the cube of mozzarella in the middle and roll it into a ball again.
  6. Then pass the dumplings in the breadcrumbs, Fry them in hot oil, over medium heat, until golden, With the help of a slotted spoon, remove the dumplings and place them on a lined plate with paper towels;

Wait to cool down a bit and serve then.

TIP: do not leave any small pieces of cheese out, as it may burst the cupcake when frying.
