Ingredients
- 1 can of condensed milk
- Juice of 3 lemons
- 2 boxes of cream (400g)
- 2 cups dulce de leche (creamy milk)
- 1 package of cornstarch biscuits (200g)
- Lemon zest and slices for garnish
Method of preparation
In a blender, beat condensed milk, lemon juice and half of the cream until smooth. Reserve.
In another container, mix the rest of the cream with the dulce de leche.
In a medium refractory, intersperse layers of lemon cream, biscuit and dulce de leche cream.
Decorate with lemon zest and slices, refrigerate for 3 hours and serve
