Sauteed Spaghetti with Vegetables and Bacon

Ingredients for 2 people:
150g of spaghetti
125g sliced ​​bacon, cut into strips
150g white part of 1 leek, thinly sliced
70g green asparagus, cut into pieces
150g sliced ​​portobello mushrooms
¼ red pepper cut into cubes
2 eggs
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of butter
Sal q.b.
black pepper qb
Dried oregano leaves

Preparation:

1. In a pan with plenty of boiling water, place half a tablespoon of oil, salt and spaghetti.
Stir with a fork until the spaghetti softens and is all in the water.
Let it cook for 3 minutes.

2. After the time has passed, add the asparagus and cook for another 4 minutes.
After the time, drain everything.

3. Meanwhile, in a wok or skillet, heat the remaining oil, leek, bacon, mushrooms and red pepper.
Stir, season with salt and pepper.
Saute everything very well until the vegetables lose their water.

4. After the vegetables are well cooked, add the spaghetti with the asparagus and season with oregano leaves.
Saute some more until everything is very hot.

5. Meanwhile, in a frying pan, melt the butter and when it is hot, add 1 broken egg.
Season the egg with salt and crack it so that the yolk is rare.
After the fried egg, remove it with the slotted spoon and place it on top of the pasta already served on the plate.
