Rotten dough pie
INGREDIENTS
Rotten dough: 400 grams of salted butter (chilled) + 2 cups of wheat flour + 1 pinch of salt, mix well with your hands
Mix until a uniform mass, wrap in a plastic film and leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
Filling: saute 2 chopped garlic cloves in olive oil until golden brown, then add 1 boiled and shredded chicken breast, mix well. Add spices to taste (I used paprika and salt) + 1 can of corn
Add 1 jar of cottage cheese + chopped green onions to taste and stir well. Roll out the dough and shape into a mold (I used marinex). Leave 1/3 of the dough to cover the pie
Add chicken + 1/2 jar of curd cheese on top and spread. Place the other piece of dough on top and brush an egg. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
