GREEN BANANA FLOUR DOUGH

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon light cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of green banana flour
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • Olive oil
  • 1 ripe tomato
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Water
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 5 slices of mozzarella
  • Pieces of turkey breast
  • Green corn
  • oregano to taste

preparation mode

  • In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the curd, the flour and mix until smooth.
  • Add the yeast and stir to incorporate.
  • Pour the dough into a skillet greased with oil, cover and let it cook on low heat for about 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and reserve.
  • In a blender, beat the tomato with the onion, garlic, a little water, salt and pepper.
  • Take this sauce to a pan and stir until it thickens a little.
  • Then spread the sauce over the pasta. Add the cheese, turkey breast, corn and oregano.
  • Cover the pan, let it cook until the cheese melts and it’s ready to eat.
