ALMOND AND FLAXSEED FLOUR DOUGH

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon golden flaxseed meal
  • salt to taste
  • 1 coffee spoon of baking powder
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Cured cheese slices
  • oregano to taste

preparation mode

  • In a bowl, mix the egg with the flour, salt and yeast until incorporated.
  • Pour the dough into a non-stick frying pan, spread it out to be uniform, cover and let it cook over low heat.
  • When golden on one side, turn the dough, spread the tomato sauce and cheese.
  • Leave to cook with the pan covered until the cheese melts, transfer to a plate, add oregano and serve.
