Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of almond flour
 - 1 tablespoon golden flaxseed meal
 - salt to taste
 - 1 coffee spoon of baking powder
 - Tomato Sauce
 - Cured cheese slices
 - oregano to taste

- In a bowl, mix the egg with the flour, salt and yeast until incorporated.
 - Pour the dough into a non-stick frying pan, spread it out to be uniform, cover and let it cook over low heat.
 - When golden on one side, turn the dough, spread the tomato sauce and cheese.
 - Leave to cook with the pan covered until the cheese melts, transfer to a plate, add oregano and serve.
