RICE FLOUR DOUGH AND FLOUR

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of rice flour
  • 4 tablespoons of sweet or sour flour

  • 3 tablespoons and tomato sauce
  • 100g grated light mozzarella
  • cherry tomatoes to taste
  • oregano to taste

preparation mode

  • In a bowl, mix the egg with the oil, salt and water until smooth.
  • Add the flour, the flour and mix until everything is incorporated.
  • Grease a non-stick frying pan with oil, pour the dough and let it brown.
  • Turn the dough, spread the sauce on top, the mozzarella, the tomato and the oregano.
  • Cook over low heat until the cheese melts, then serve.
