Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour
 - 1 colher of sal coffee
 - 1 teaspoon of olive oil
 - 3 tablespoons of water
 - 2 tablespoons light tomato sauce
 - 3 tablespoons of natural tuna
 - 2 slices of light mozzarella cheese
 - 4 chopped cherry tomatoes
 - oregano to taste
 
preparation mode
- In a bowl, mix the flour with the salt, the oil and the water until it forms a dough.
 - Dust the worktop with a little flour and roll out the dough using a rolling pin.
 - Use the lid of the pan to cut the dough into a circle, and discard the leftover dough.
 - Over low heat, place the dough in the skillet until golden, then turn and turn off the heat.
 - Spread the sauce on top, then the tuna, cover with the cheese and finish with the tomatoes and oregano.
 - Cover the skillet, cook over low heat until the cheese melts, and serve.
