PIZZA WITH WHOLEMEAL FLOUR

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour
  • 1 colher of sal coffee
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons of water
  • 2 tablespoons light tomato sauce
  • 3 tablespoons of natural tuna
  • 2 slices of light mozzarella cheese
  • 4 chopped cherry tomatoes
  • oregano to taste

preparation mode

  • In a bowl, mix the flour with the salt, the oil and the water until it forms a dough.
  • Dust the worktop with a little flour and roll out the dough using a rolling pin.
  • Use the lid of the pan to cut the dough into a circle, and discard the leftover dough.
  • Over low heat, place the dough in the skillet until golden, then turn and turn off the heat.
  • Spread the sauce on top, then the tuna, cover with the cheese and finish with the tomatoes and oregano.
  • Cover the skillet, cook over low heat until the cheese melts, and serve.
