- ½ teaspoon of chemical yeast

- qt tomato sauce

- In a bowl, mix the tapioca, salt, yeast and egg until all the tapioca is dissolved.
- Heat a nonstick skillet, add the batter and make circular motions to fill the entire bottom of the skillet. Cover and cook over low heat until the top is firm to the touch.
- With the heat off, spread a little tomato sauce, cheese and basil over the pasta, cover the pan and leave on low heat again, until the cheese is completely melted.
