Stuffed Chicken File
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken fillets
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 lemon
- Poultry seasoning (optional)
- 100 g of bacon
- 150g of cheese
- 1 large red pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Pepperoni and salt to taste
- Bread flour for breading
Preparation Mode
- Squeeze the lemon and dip the fillets in the juice
- Crush 4 cloves of garlic and season the fillets with them, pepper, salt and seasoning.
Reserve. - In a pan, fry the bacon, chopped into cubes, until golden.
- Add the chopped pepper, cover the pan, lower the heat and leave for 2 minutes.
- Add the chopped onion, mix and cook with the pan covered for another 3 minutes.
- Grate the cheese and add the mixture quickly.
- Turn off the heat and set aside.
- On a board, open a fillet and place 2 tablespoons of the red pepper sauce in the center.
- Close the fillet and secure with a cooking line or toothpicks.
- Coat the fillets to taste with the breadcrumbs
- Repeat the procedure with the other fillets.
- In a pan, heat the oil, place the chicken rolls and let them brown on both sides.
Serve immediately
