Very delicious creamy minced meat pie
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup (tea) milk
- 1/2 box of sour cream (100g)
- 1/2 cup (tea) of oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 3 cups of flour (wheat)
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- Oil and wheat flour for greasing and flouring
Filling:
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 500g of minced meat
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 chopped seedless tomato
- 1 packet of powdered meat seasoning
- Salt and chopped parsley to taste
- 1 cup cheddar-flavored cream cheese
- 1/2 box of sour cream (100g)
Preparation mode:
For the stuffing, in a pan over medium heat, heat the oil and fry the meat and onion for 5 minutes or until dry. Add the mushrooms, tomato, seasoning, salt, parsley and sauté for 3 minutes. Turn off, let it cool and mix the cottage cheese and milk cream. Beat the eggs, milk, cream, oil and salt in a blender until smooth. Transfer to a bowl, mix the cornstarch, flour and yeast with a spoon. Pour half of the dough into a 25cm mold. x 35cm greased and floured, spread the filling over the dough and cover with the remaining dough.Take it to the medium oven, preheated, for 30 minutes or until baked and golden. Let cool and serve in pieces.
