Ground beef pie in the skillet is a delight ?
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
- 1/2 cup (tea) milk
- 3/4 cup (tea) wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon of chemical baking powder
- margarine to grease
Filling:
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 chopped green pepper
- 250g of minced meat
- 1 diced seedless tomato
- Salt, pepper and chopped parsley
Preparation mode:
For the stuffing, heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the onion, pepper and meat for 3 minutes. Add the tomato and season with salt, pepper and parsley. Reserve. Beat the eggs, butter, milk, flour, cheese and salt in a blender. Add the yeast and mix with a spoon. Grease a medium nonstick skillet and heat lightly over medium heat. Pour half of the dough, spread the sauté and cover with the rest of the dough. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes or until the dough is firm. Serve in the fridge.
