Tasty ground beef roulade
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of minced meat
- 1 packet of creamed onion powder (68g)
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- Salt and chopped chives to taste
- Olive oil for greasing and drizzling
Filling:
- 200g sliced ham
- 200g sliced provolone cheese
Preparation mode:
In a bowl, mix the ground beef, onion cream, egg, breadcrumbs, salt and chives until a homogeneous mass is formed. Spread the dough on a large piece of aluminum foil, forming a rectangle. On the meat, make a layer with the slices of ham and provolone. Roll up like a rocambole with the help of aluminum foil and place in a greased form. Drizzle with olive oil and take it to the medium oven, preheated, for 30 minutes or until firm and lightly golden. Remove, transfer to a platter, sprinkle with chives and serve.
