Easy Cheese Biscuit ❤️
Ingredients:
- 4 cups of sweet sprinkle (cup of curd cheese)
- 3 cups grated cheese
- 1 glass of iced milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of oil (2 fingers left to full)
- Salt to taste
Preparation mode:
1- Wet the sprinkle with the cold milk and knead with your hands until it becomes loose
2- Heat the oil well and put it in the sprinkle already wet with the cold milk (it kneads)
3- Add the cheese and eggs and knead well until firm
4- Roll it the way you like
5- Put the salt last only if you prefer (sometimes the cheese salt is enough)
6- Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown (don’t leave it too long because it can get hard, the dough has to be firm but not hard, if necessary add another egg).
