Sauteed Ravioli with Olives and Thyme
Ingredients for 2 people:
250g ravioli
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 minced garlic cloves
35g slices of black olives
35g slices of green olives
Fresh thyme leaves
Parmesan cheese
Sal q.b.
Pepper qb
Preparation:
1. In a pan with boiling water, season with a little salt.
Cook the ravioli for 2 minutes.
After 2 minutes, drain the ravioli well.
2. In a frying pan, heat the oil and garlic.
Stir and let it heat up without letting it brown.
Add the ravioli and the slices of olives.
Skip everything very well.
3. When the ravioli are well sauteed, add the fresh thyme.
Season with pepper.
Saute for a few more seconds and remove from heat.
4. Serve the ravioli on individual plates.
With a vegetable peeler, cut pieces of Parmesan cheese and spread on top.
And it is ready to be served.
