Oven pastel
INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups of flour (wheat)
- 150 g of margarine
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 1 yolk for brushing
- 1 cup of warm water
- filling of your choice
Preparation mode:
In a bowl, mix the flour, margarine, egg, salt and vinegar.
Knead well until the dough obtains a homogeneous mass.
Wrap the dough in cling film or plastic bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a flat and floured surface, cut it into 20 pieces, distribute the filling, close the pastries and brush with the yolk.
Bake in a medium oven (180°C), preheated, for 40 minutes.
