Homemade hamburguinho.??
Ingredients:
- 2 Tablets of fresh yeast (30g)
- 2 heaping tablespoons of sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon of salt
- 1 and 1/2 cup of warm milk
- 1/3 cup margarine (tea)
- 4 and 1/2 cups (tea) wheat flour Margarine for greasing
- 200g sliced cheddar cheese
- 300g sliced fried bacon
- 1 yolk for brushing
- sesame for sprinkling
Hamburger:
400g ground beef 1/2 chopped onion 3 tablespoons chopped parsley Salt to taste.
Preparation mode:
In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in the sugar and salt. Add the milk, margarine and mix. Gradually add the flour, beating until it forms a soft dough that does not stick to your hands. If necessary, add more flour. Divide the dough into 30 small balls, cover and let rest for 30 minutes. Mix the hamburger ingredients until homogenized and form small hamburgers the size of dumplings. Fry on both sides, little by little, in a greased non-stick frying pan, without letting them brown. Reserve.
Open the dough, forming discs, fill with a hamburger, a piece of cheddar, a piece of bacon and close again, forming flattened balls. Cover and let rest for another 20 minutes. Brush with egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame and bake in a preheated medium oven for 25 minutes or until golden. Remove and serve immediately.
