Delicious Chicken Drumsticks ❤
– Ingredients:

1 large chicken breast, cut into medium pieces
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 chopped onion
1 minced garlic clove
1 tablespoon of oil
– Preparation:
Saute garlic and onion in oil. Add the chicken and sauté quickly. Add the chicken broth and cover with water. About 1 litre. Cover the pressure cooker and cook until the chicken can be shredded.
Remove the chicken and set aside. Strain the remaining broth and leave it in the pan.
– Dough Ingredients:
- 300g potato peeled and cooked in chicken broth, then mashed or squeezed.
- 100g of margarine
- 700ml chicken broth
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 450g of wheat flour

Put the potato to cook in the chicken broth as soon as you finish sieving it. Remove the potato, measure the broth and if missing, top up with water.
Place the squeezed potatoes along with the broth, margarine, and chicken broth cubes in the pressure cooker and bring to the boil and let it boil. When it starts to boil, add the flour all at once.
With a wooden spoon, quickly stir the dough, turning to all sides until it forms a loose ball from the pan. Do this for about two minutes, so that the flour cooks
Place on a plate and let cool covered with a towel. There is a very loose mass from the pan. Let cool completely. Meanwhile prepare the filling.
– Stuffing Ingredients:
1 cooked and shredded chicken breast
1 onion finely chopped
2 crushed garlic cloves
2 tablespoons of oil
dehydrated parsley
sazon or other seasoning of your choice (I use sazon or the most flavored kitano, whichever is at a better price I buy)
coloral (optional) I put the sazon so I don’t use paprika
