SUPER EASY LEMON PIE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 packet of 200g cornstarch biscuits
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 can of sour cream
- 1/2 cup of pure lemon juice
- lemon zest
WAY OF DOING
Moisten the cookies well with water without abusing them.
Line the pyrex with the cookies moistened with water.
Beat the can of condensed milk, the cream and the pure lemon juice in the blender.
Pour over the cookies and garnish with a little lemon zest on top.
Serve well chilled.
